FAQs

  • We conduct various types of research, including feedback sessions, surveys, and usability tests. During feedback sessions, a team member will talk with you to gather insights about your experiences. Surveys focus on specific topics and can be completed at your own pace. Usability tests involve using a prototype of our app and giving feedback on new ideas and concepts before they go live.

  • We regularly run research studies and invite participants whose profiles best align with our current research needs. Each study has a unique focus and we'll do our best to match you with a study as soon as possible. Invitations are typically sent via email from our research domain ending in @research.glovoapp.com.

  • You can participate as many times as you like, but we usually won't invite you too frequently. Generally, you won't be invited to another study within 3 months of your last participation. This helps us provide opportunities to a broader range of participants and ensures diverse feedback for our app.

  • For most studies, you will receive a Glovo promo code as a thank you for your time. This promo code can be used on anything you want in the app and usually you will receive it by email within 3 to 5 working days after participating.

  • Absolutely! We invite you to share your feedback and experiences, whether you have used our app before or are currently using other delivery platforms.

  • While most of our feedback sessions are conducted in English or Spanish, we generally make our surveys and usability tests available in multiple other languages.

  • Sure! We conduct many studies online. Although we do run some in-person sessions, many projects just require a good internet connection for you to join.

  • Yes, you can opt out at any time. If, after signing up, you decide that you no longer wish to receive invitations, you can let us know by sending an email to glovolab@glovoapp.com or by clicking 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of our emails.

  • Your personal data will be saved in a GDPR-compliant tool, and we will only use your personal data to invite you to take part in user research studies that match your profile. All your personal data will be kept confidential in accordance with Glovo’s Privacy Policy.

    As to your feedback, it will relate strictly to product development and will be used to improve our products. The main purpose of the studies will be to analyse the user feedback received so that GLOVO can adapt it to users’ tastes and preferences and improve the user experience.
